grouping library for 83?

IS>( and DS<( have their uses occasionally, but rarely, and whenever I use them in a program I later find a way to optimize it to work without them. Unfortunately, they have to have the variable defined to use them, and don't auto-set it to 0.

I think and have always thought that some functions like the 73's SetMenu( would be a lot more useful on the 83+.
