TI-SmartView - Have i missed something?

I was looking around and i stumbled across TI-SmartView. Its an 84+ emulator released by TI ... somehow this has managed to sneak past me?

Has anyone seen/used this software before?

I've heard of it some time ago, but I never actually seen or used it. I'm guessing its just flash debugger minus the debugger.
