Hi, I'm searching for an emulator, like CalcEm but works for Ti-84+, I mean it should be able to open .8xp.

thank you.

CoBB's PindurTI emulates the TI-83+ extremely well; I don't know of any that support the 84+ though.
8xp is the 83+ format, so should be good.

Error! This file doesn't match the running model.

What does that mean? that message came when I tried to open a 8xp file.

Did you drag a ROM dump onto the screen first?

You'll need a TI-83+ or TI-83 to dump a ROM from.

A package such as VTI or TILP will let you dump a ROM (see the individual manuals for VTI or TILP for more explicit guidance). It'll should be 256KB or 512KB.

Distributing ROM images is illegal, which is why you have to dump your own from a real calculator. In other words; do not ask for them on this site :)
