I personally use ImageReady for small animations, but you have to 'buy' it along with Photoshop.

*EDIT* It's the one listed at the bottom of the page. unFREEz (catchy 8) )

Tested it, it works, so easy it makes me cry!

Take your .BMP file and cut each "slide" into a new file. Save them as .gif. I don't know if paint can do this directly, if it can't use Windows Picture/Fax viewer on XP and resave them as .gif. Drag and drop them into the unFREEz, set the options, click go!

Transparency Color Code (This worked in another picture, might not work everywhere):

Hue: 217
Sat: 240
Lum: 105

Red: 224
Green: 0
Blue: 128
What?! All the good signatures are gone?! Damn it.

YESSS!!! Image Image Image
Thanks guys.

benryves, The terminator/cyborg smiley actually is supposed to start off as a regular smiley, then get hit (by something) and his half damaged face is then covered (also a little slower). I'll work on them later today and make them perfect.

Thanks again! Image

ok I'm just testing out the program and I have a few questions

1) is ther an instruction guide?

2) all I am able to do is drop frames in the 'unfreeze' window, Is there any way to edit them after that, because I'm doing my work on MS Paint.

3) How do you make transparency, I tried the color code from Technoman, but it just gave me like "tickle-me-pink" or some neon pink for that matter. (the color code for this fourm would work though)
