I've masked it so it's now transparent - and I suggest you find a better GIF animator. I'm amazed that you can generate a 15x15 animation with so few colours and frames that comes out to 70K!

and thecheat's:

I don't know what GIF animation tool you chaps are using, but it's creating seriously odd GIFs.

I went .Gif Crazy, check this out!

Unfortunately, unFREEz doesn't seem to have any sort of compression! So the gif files created are huge! But being the cheap *#(^&$ that I am. I just can't go out and buy any gif software especially no more then I would use it.
What?! All the good signatures are gone?! Damn it.

Are these GIF editors that people use unable to set the frame rate properly? I see a lot of GIFs where "longer" frames are made by loads of identical ones. :)

Have a quickly optimised GIF:

unFREEz only lets you set a timer between slides but it's universal and not per slide! Which I hate! But the program may just be copying in extra slides. I set it to 10 cs and then I just added extra slides for a longer time period.
Thanks for the optomization BTW

Well, 250K is hardly large for a one-off download (having seen some in excess of a meg) but if people complain, I might as well get rid of it.

I still I liked it, It could probably be brought bellow 100k if you drop to 16 colors, use the 1st frame as a background and delete redundant data plus add a little lossy i think people wouldn't even notice the difference.
