I'm going to give you some links to ebay buys which look good to me, quality <-> price, if i say u should bid, bid for the one which is the cheapest by the end of the bidding time (bidding shouldn't have stopped yet but almost):
http://cgi.ebay.com/FENDER-1357-TONEMAS ... dZViewItem -> This is a SUPER DUPER FANTASTIC buy! Well of course people have to bid on it yet, so bid at the last moment.
http://cgi.ebay.com/Fender-Hot-Rod-Devi ... dZViewItem -> Now this is one heck of an amp too, don't do buyout for sure, because it'll probably be less for bid at the end, same recommendation as for the tonemaster: bid at the last moment.
http://cgi.ebay.com/Fender-Deluxe-112-P ... dZViewItem -> Same as the others, bid at the last moment.
http://cgi.ebay.com/Fender-Frontman-15g ... dZViewItem -> All the others before this one are large, not-beginner amps, this one is a beginner amp and is even at a good price at buy out, but if its a lower price by almost end of bidding time, bid on it, else, when the price is almost (or already) going over the buy out, do buy out.
I think this is a sufficient amount of amps you could pick from, they are all good ones, but for a beginner, and especially if you don't want to pay much, you should pick the last one, if you want to spend some money for a better one, get one of the other ones. It is quite a coincidence that they're all Fenders eh
