The idea I have seems like it would be possible, but i wanted to know your opinion...Couldnt it be possible to control the contrast of each individual pixel, thus creating grayscale easier, (also with the TI's mysterious high contrast royal blue to make semi-color) in games???

Interesting Idea??

Definately not possible. I've got datasheets on the LCD driver (Toshiba T6A04) and there's no way to individually control pixels, rows or colums with it; or with any other LCD/driver that I know of. The driver's contrast unit feeds (indirectly) into the LCD's power supply, so long story short: it controls the whole kit and kaboodle. Even if they could be individually controlled, the video game would still have to update those pixels any time image changed, so the benefit would be limited.
