Transporting to different areas

I love the game and all, but the only thing that I wish could've been added was the ability to return to a previous world. Is there any way I could return to previous worlds/areas, or am I doomed to roam in the hellishly evil chapter 7 where enemies kill Lelani in 1-3 hits?
