I wonder if you can move by swinging the Wiimote (what I like calling it), that would be cool...

psh. Of course you'll use the directional pad for movement...the swinging should only be reserved for attacks!
If I were in charge of this (which I should be), you would have to hold down buttons while swinging to do smash attacks, or different combos. Oh, and bonus points for *accidentally* slugging your opponent in the face with a wiimote!

Hmmmm...Smashbros.com just announced new items called Assist trophies. They seem to work a lot like the pokeball, only instead of pokemon, you summon a non-playable video game character. (Remember the Nintendog on the E3 trailer? That's an assist trophy)

It sounds like a cool addition. I'm just wondering if they're planning to make Sonic an assist trophy. If so, that would mean he'd be unplayable in Brawl. Hmmmm... Hmmmmm....

Ahh nice, i was wondering how that Nintendog fitted it

. I guess that does give them further options for including more characters without haivng to make them playable. Im not sure how happy people will be if Sonic isnt playable though
