New xlib version

I noticed a new version of xlib on ticalc.org. Is there anything new?

Sorry guys, TextMode function has been changed, and then made backwards compatible. And the RecallPIC function has been repaired. I changed the version number so that people would replace their old v0.601's since there is a 601 version with and a 601 without said bug.
