Parser Equates

Im sure something like this has been around for a while, but I just thought I'd collect all equates of everything that's ever passed to a parserhook.
That took me an afternoon but Im sure some people will have use for it.

its 8,3KB big, its commented a bit where I was surprised by TI's oddities and where I managed to see some sort of system.

Im 100% sure there is atleast 1 mistake somewhere in it, and if I were you i wouldn't rely too heavily on anything I made.

edit: HUGELY updated so that it doesnt disable conditional P's anymore. If you're using this (unlikely and please don't) then get the new version from the same link.

do not trust the equates, some of them are not right, although I don't know which.
