There was proof he did Chasm 2, there's a beta release v0.7 or so. He stopped working on it though, for some reason.

Why would you want that? There are easier ways to crash your calc. :D

Yea that seems to be where most of the activity is.

Sonic mostly has just sprites and a title screen (done by Madskillz and they look awesome! :D ). i dunno if shadowings doing anything. Hes prolly trying to figure out how to do horizontal and vertical scrolling.

also

leofox: what happened to Destiny Realm? Is it dead?

And isnt this topic supposed to be about FF83+? How did we get from that to oncalc compilers and stuff?

It's way not dead! I've worked on it yesterday, the shops are almost done! I will make a screenie soon. I haven't posted much about it though. The progress topic should have the latest updates in it.

Here it is:
v 0.15 9 february 2005
I converted the game to an app, with exactly the same functionality as v0.11.

It took quite a while to convert it to app, it didn't work at first.

Any progress since then I mean?

If you were paying attention, Destiny Realm is Assembly:
An assembly RPG under development by Leofox.
to answer your question koolmansam, yes, they're is some progress. The shops i was talking about (they're going to be sooo awesome) and some minor engine upgrades. I also tried to start on the fighting engine, but it's not much yet. I don't know where to begin with programming a fighting engine.

If I were making one i would probably do the coding in this order (keep in mind this is for like a turn based game but it could be used for a tales of phantasia like game i suppose):
1. Normal melee attacking
2. Magic attacking
3. Item use
4. anything else (blocking, running away, etc)

The battle engine is turn-based, so i'll try that.
