Status of Smash Bros. TI?

This past summer or spring I remember reading here that someone was doing a TI version of N64's Super Smash Bros, but lately I haven't heard much about it. Can anyone tell me if this is still being worked on, and if so, what the progress is so far? That's gonna be one crazy game!
