Works fine for me in IE. Maybe something to do with the proxy you used. I don't know, just guessing.

well when I close IE then reopen it it mark all forums as read

Because it's not the same session. I probably don't have to use that link, but I use it anyway to make sure it's all cleared out, since Opera tends to send the same session cookie even when it shouldn't.
