Wait for at least a month after it's released- that's usually the period when they have to release 12 different updates for all the exploits found.

Also, doesn't this mean all previous posts will be lost...?

I like to wait before doing an update, they always find some thing like a month after a release. Definately some nice new features, if it wasn't for the fact that pretty much all other msgboard software has been doing them for years.

Hmm... maybe you are right :) A month to wait longer is not that bad, right? :D

@KevinJB: Nah... they will include an update package. I'm sure of that

Awesome, the new features look great.

I can wait a month for it of course.

Waiting a month isn't that long. We've been around for.. how many years? :)

so, do you know the exact date? Someone should email one of the founders. Looking at MissingIntellect's sig, it seems that the site was created on July 27th, but is that when Maxcoderz started, or not? And was that the first site?

Hmm, looking farther down that page, I saw this:
Kozak wrote:... It would be cool to see the project pages, you would see I had a Metroid project back then :). Luckily MC will produce a Metroid soon thanks to Joe :P .
well, apparently Kozak was a little off on that estimate. Any idea if Joe is coming back?

Missing Intellect still gets on IRC. He hangs out in #calcgames under the name sjrberg.

Heh, I was just about to make the same suggestion...
The new phpBB offers way better quality so...
Maybe there's a specific reason I'm not aware of why maxcoderz hasnt been updated yet?
