Sorry okay um the clouds are just sprites at the moment they arnt baked on to the skybox but they arnt really volumetric either.. :P I will have them change size and shape over time though so it will kinda appear volumetric. The lines for the water is messed up I dont know how to fix it. For some reason it rendering the refraction map above water as well making it distort. I am going to try and see if it helps if I only update the refract when your under water but somehow I dont think that will fix it. :P The grainyness is due to bad screenshot size the max size for photobucket is like 800*600 and the reduce the quality of the images as well.

The max size for photobucket is 1024*768, but I wouldn't advise you to post that on the message board, lol. ;)

Either way, you are still doing a good job. Keep up the work!

Okay so I got bump mapping and specularmapping in the editor now..

The gas can looks really good (minus the shadows as you stated).

There bad models IE really dark/crappy textures I got em for free so I am not complaining too much..

New update I am working on a nice sun effect:

Right now when you look at the sun the bloom filter increases. I am also working on a effect for where it is in the sky so if its a mid day sun it will be brighter then if it was a setting sun if that makes sense.. :)

hmm no one of my artist is willing to do it. I figured out what i am trying to do here. Its a fake LDR or low dynamic range. Its coming along nicely too.
