It has been a while

Post by blueskies »

Hey all, can't believe this site is still around, with some familiar face....avatars?
I haven't been doing any programming for a few years, kinda lost interest in it. But for some reason I found my way back to this site today and I figured I'd give it another shot. I never really got too far last time I played around with z80, only made one game, but maybe I can relearn what I knew before right? I got this far today:

Not that far, I know, but I got a free laptop this week and it's dedicated just to z80 work. I finally got a working dev environment; after trying wabbitcode, then latenite/brass, I just went back to the old standard, TASM, notepad, and of course PindurTI.

So, welcome me back! What's new, what's the hot project right now?

Hey, I've just returned to check on things (been gone for about 6 months) but the place seems pretty deserted. :(

Anyway, I don't really understand how you can stand notepad for these things. I also find that font pretty annoying. Courier New ftw.

DOS Font = Retro chic

This month TI's going around threatening DMCA and showing up at people's doorsteps like the MiB. Virtual Gameboy (TI-Boy) is in the alpha stages. Third party OSes happened and 83+ signing came out basically within a week of each other. Ticalc might be hiring. ...a few other things going on too these days.
My diet consists of nails, code-stealers, and HP fans.
Projects:

Robot War [TI-82, TI Flash App]
Sonic the Hedgehog [Multiplatform]
