Not really. Notice it does say the minimum system requirements are a 1.7 Ghz processor. That's probably your problem. 2.0 or 2.2 Ghz should run it fine. Especially if you also have a geforce 7800 go in it.

Well, with pentium Ms I'd probably want 2.0Ghz at least. More than that probably doesn't make much difference gameswise, but less would be slow. Besides, as far as cpu's go, the pentium M's are getting pretty cheap.
