Re: [Featured][Dev]Robot War 2: Official Announcement
Yeah. I actually wasn't sure I'd like grayscale at first because I was used to doing all the RW1 in monochrome. But the two extra shades really do come in handy. The photo-real pictures (which are being used in flashbacks) would've been impossible in B&W, even with full-screen. Gotta love the fa...

Re: Where to start for application programming?
Yeah, just to fulfill tr1p1ea's prediction spasm makes the appsigning and whatnot pretty transparent. Just throw in an #app.inc at the start of your flash code and a validate() at the end. No hand-programming that flash header, you just hit the ground running.

http://bmayes.unitedti.org/CalcImages/Feature/pic_atlas_tower.gif Here's an update to last year's "post card" idea. This kind just shows key game locations and flashbacks. The top and bottom are blank to reduce size and leave room for text. The 83+ port is maybe 1/3rd or halfway finished....

Er...*ahem*...I said girls? I uh, meant to say groceries. Yep. Lotta hot groceries.
Well it's at least good to see at somebody's buying autos in this market. Plus with fuel going unstable again, it's hard to turn down the efficiency and low cost of a trusty 4-door/hatchback.

Creole doesn't count? I didn't eat all those dinners at Pappadeaux for nothing, you know?
Me? I'm just glad TI's are still in the game. When I joined ti-programmers, I would of figured they'd be replaced by PDAs or something by now. Not happening anytime soon.

Re: [Featured][Dev]Robot War 2: Official Announcement
*Non-story related mini-spoiler* Here it is! The final boss of the TI-82 version. This guy, "Golem" stands almost 4 times your height in actual 3D space. It really dwarfs other heavy-hitters like the tanks and 18-wheelers of previous levels. Way too big to jump over. Don't expect pi...

Re: [Staff][Demo] Metroid Infinity
I like that second thing. One thing I always thought 2D platformers were missing was an ability to play a level through alternate perspectives/timelines and such; and Paper Mario, Mario Bros 2, and Sonic CD are the only exceptions I can recall. Maybe it was a size issue. But it gets my vote.
