I totally agree with the mods here. Nothing good comes from these threads, and I for one am annoyed by them. Nobody is stopping you from going to religiousdebate.com or w/e site to discuss religion. HAVE FUN.

Move on, nothing to see here. Hey, is that the PTI thread?

I have to disagree with you leofox. I think guitar hero is a really fun game despite the music being one sided ( there are some really good songs but not even close to enough [ guitar hero 2 is even more one-sided]). As for the game not requiring accuracy, have you played it on expert (or even hard...

isn't Guitar Hero the same as DDR, just with a guitar-controller? The gameplay is different. In most music games, you have to push the right button on the beat of the music. In guitar hero, you have to hold a certain fret button then stroke the whatever it's called on the beat. Guitar Hero is reall...

They gave me a free site with unlimited bandwidth and stuff, so the least i can do is give their link now ;)

But really, they are pretty good with uptime, quite fast, Dutch and as far as I can tell not that expensive.

Looks really nice. He seems somhow to float a little to long though (or is that just me). Keep us updated man! I never said it had to be 'earth' physically correct. That screenshot has an air friction of ZOMG way too much, because it allows you to move with the same force in the air as on the groun...

I'm working on a Sonic-like game now, mainly to test implementation in real games. The controls are far from perfect at the moment, but there are a lot of settings that have to be tweaked. I still gotta do a lot, for example collision detection with tiles, and proper changing of the fox character sp...

Try going to msconfig and killing a service you don't need. (run: msconfig, services tab)

Often a crashing service blocks the rest of the processses.
