Re: The void of space ...

Hey guys! Thanks for helping out :) There were several "restarts" of the Vera project, I have another old one. But neither of those two is really my code, I think :P The SVN repository that Ben references is the one I'm looking for. I'm sure I used to have a backup of that SVN server, but it looks ...

Re: The void of space ...

It's pretty unbelievable that you guys are all still here. Or that the site is still up, even! It's been seven years since my last visit. I just came here after watching some YouTube video's on 8 bit computing, looking to see if I could find the Vera source code. Would be fun to put on my Github ...

Re: Bell release v0.2!

@timendus: it doesn t work in the harware, i think it s the fault of one of the rom call i use in my game: _vputs _ipoint _dispop1a _setxxop1 Do you know something about that? Could you be more specific on what isn't working right now? Maybe you can disable all the calls first, see if it's working ...

Re: Bell release v0.2!

Wow, you found an error in Bell, that's awesome! :) Did your fix solve the problems on hardware? It's not necessarily getkey that messes with the link port, but -- if I remember correctly -- the Ti-OS silent link transfer code. This is the code that enables you to push programs to the calculator ...

Re: Bell release v0.2!

That's a very hard question to answer from such a distance :) Once, i've had a message while i were testing my game: "ERR: TYPE DONNEE 1:Quitter" That's not an assembly error, but a TI-OS / Basic error. ram cleared That's an assembly error of the type "you're writing data where you're not supposed ...

Re: Bell release v0.2!

Thank you for your answer :) The rom call witch were causing the problem is _getkey Quote from WikiTi Haha, exactly, I wrote that quote  Good to hear that you seem to have fixed your bug! I hope so! Weird though to have such a bug on the hardware and not in the emulator if the ROMs are ...

Re: Bell release v0.2!

Bonjour M@thieu41, How very cool to see your multiplayer game in action, you've written this really quite fast! And it looks like fun :) About your bug, I think the problem is here: call bell_connect ret nz bcall _clrlcdfull ;On affiche tout bcall _cleargbuf bcall _copygbuf ld hl,$0503 ld (currow ...

Re: Bell release v0.2!

Hello M@thieu41, Ben is right. I used Brass, which has a few more features than TASM. I made v0.3 compatible with TASM but I lost that version, sorry! :) About the version number not matching: that's probably just because I forgot to update it. There is a difference between the files. Good to see ...

Heheh, afraid not yet :) But almost! And I moved off campus a while ago so I don't have the domain anymore.

Re: Link port video tutorials

Thanks for all the great replies :) I've posted this on Omnimaga and am awaiting the account activation e-mail for Cemetech. My French isn't all that great but Art_of_camelot, if you'd like to repost this on Ti-Planet, feel free to do so :) Also I sent an e-mail to ticalc.org, we'll see if they pick ...

Link port video tutorials

Yes, I am announcing a new project, believe it or not  I've been getting more questions about the specifics of calculator linking recently. It appears that people are still interested in these things, so I figured "why not make a few videos to explain the basics, must be easier than doing ...

Re: So... what happened?

Hey Ben! It looks like you've been keeping busy, at any rate, going by the portfolio on your website! Same goes for your website! I check in from time to time to check out your amazing projects and products. Too bad you don't have as much time anymore to work on those projects. But I hope it's ...
