Re: Hi

I think it's pretty sad that the community has essentially died out. I wonder why though? Sure we've all grown old and aged out, but you'd think there would be fresh blood. Perhaps smartphones have taken over, and before that, graphing calculators filled that mobile hardware itch.. Ahhh I still ...

Re: COVID-19 - Check-in

Long time no see, currahee, hope you've been well! My girlfriend's an optometrist and so also had her first jab last week (Pfizer) but only had a sore arm for a day or so afterwards. It's the people I know who've had the AstraZeneca one that seem to be more prone to feeling unwell afterwards, but ...

Re: COVID-19 - Check-in

Hope you are all well.. was the board reset? :insane:
I work in public safety and thankfully got my first shot/jab last week (pfizer)

Had some... interesting reactions. Hopefully it isn't a bad sign for the second.
Hope you can all get yours soon.

Re: So... what happened?

Shoot, I was typing a response and my Galaxy Tab crashed. Anyway. Omnimaga, I remember when Hitoshi posted the FFTOM3 demo. I tried downloading it but it disappeared! I think what happened was that his computer crashed right? And that's when he stopped altogether. Shame, my most anticipated Hitoshi ...

Re: So... what happened?

Hey trip, nice to see a familiar name! I just got done with college, i'm saving up money before I become a poor graduate student 8) I've pretty much lost interest in the graphing calculator ever since the computers stopped shipping with a serial port lol. Hey Omnimaga, I see your site has a lot of ...

So... what happened?

So I come back here... it's been what... 5 years? 4 years? What happened? is the TI community still alive? Detached hasn't had a post since 2009 (their forums are somewhat active) I see UTI has killed off their subdomains ... and people are still downloading that crappy Pokemon game I ported ...

Google Wave

Anyone want Google Wave accounts? I have 23 invites left to give out. I know it could be useful for people here for collaboration on projects ;) or if you just wanted to try it out... shoot me a PM with your email. (I think it helps if it's a gmail address!) Oh on a sidenote... it's been an awful ...

All of you people say "ignore it" and it may work for some people, but let me emphasize what I said earlier: Not everyone is the same and that's the problem. Everyone will see something differently than what you see. Kevin is depressed guys, so it makes it that much harder for him to ignore ...

Please acknolwedge the fact that not everyone is the same. By not dealing with problems and just ignoring it can create even bigger problems, as we've seen some real life examples. Columbine, the VT shootings, etc. That is not to say everyone will end up going postal, but it does help to speak ...

unlike in other games, when you fight in Zelda you don't achieve much... you can finish the game faster when just avoiding enemies :P Ever seen one of those "<insert game name> in <insert number> minutes" videos? About Halflife, or Doom, or Duke Nukem, or whatever? The people in those videos hardly ...

It shouldn't affect anything unless you allow the program to run at 15MHz when possible. Other than that, if you don't enable the "switch", then everything runs at 6MHz. If you wanna see a demo, I still got the Gemini game with the 15MHz unlocking. Of course, it only works noticibly on 15Mhz calcs ...

Probably the best help you can get is from your family, if they're supportive. Aunts, Uncles, Parents are perfectly good forms of support and through that i've healed. IMHO, seeing a Psychologist and poppin' pills is probably one of the worst forms of treatment. When I went to see 2 psychologists in ...
