Re: Hi all

Wow, completely surreal to see the original crowd respond here! And super interesting to hear how all of you are doing. Kozak, congrats on the position! I guess that within your profession, radiologist is still closest to programming you can come without programming :-) But also I'd guess your profe...

Hi all

What's up? Any developments since, what is it, 15 years ago? :-)

Here everything's great. Work-wise, I've been doing mainly research into machine learning in the past 7 years:

Whoa, I'm totally impressed qarnos! The FPS is incredible given the amount of detail. Also cool to see that drawing/clipping/culling issues seem to have been resolved now.

Is anyone aware of games or applications using this library?

Two simple game ideas for absolute beginner ASM programmers

Hi all, I found these two games on the net and I thought they might be nice to port to the calculator for these beginner ASM programmers out there. With all these games already out on the TI83, simple flash games found on the internet can be a good source of inspiration. http://www.alexheaton.co.uk/...

Hey kv, in what kind of programming langauge do you write this? Java, C(++), visual* ? Maybe I'd like to contribute to this project in some way. Harper maddox and I once thought out a novel manual map compression technique i'd like to try out once. It requires a good GUI to work since it uses a spri...

Hmm, I've missed this a bit, looks nice. But MUCH of the spritework as LITERAL COPIES of Corbin sprites!! It has been done before but in the past people at least asked me permission. Corbin screenshots: very early version: http://home.tiscali.nl/~kingma/downloads/durkrpgani.gif newer version: http:/...

I never said I made a fun-to-play level. This is only a small 'test level', showing off its technical capabilities. I never thought anyone would see it as a game. Anyway, I'm proud of this but I'm totally not feeling like programming this. Technically speaking, this is 20% of a full game, and I dont...

NASA World Wind and Google Earth are both spectacular pieces of software. I've used the former for about a year now and I was impressed from the beginning. WW's rendering engine is superior (though slower) then GE, and it has much easier movement controls. I also like, for example, the smooth moveme...
