Where to start for application programming?

I'm interested in fooling around with z80 again but this time I want to start making an application. Does anyone have some good pointers where to start because it's different from normal programs if I remember correctly?

Re: Old MaxCoderz Portal

All is good...I check MC once in a while to see what's happening but when you're out of programming...there's not much to talk about :). Currently very busy with my study and such...

Are there any cool program coming out soon?

Re: Old MaxCoderz Portal

Archive.org is cool....they used to have the first MC page archived aswell, I don't know if it still is....

Anyway making a portal is alot of work but could be done with a portal engine like Joomla or something more simple.....who is the maxcoderz IT specialist these days?

Isn't the dying phenomena something we see every year? Once class opens a million people get a new calc...they get interested and get in to programming it dies out in 10 months and then class closes and opens again and the cycle begins again. Or is the general community slowely fading away? Could be...

Hey KV are you still working on this? I recently picked up programming again and am also fiddling around with XNA. Though it's quite constricted by the API, you can do some nice things with it!

I am still her sometimes but I don't give support on the game anymore. There are indeed a variety of bugs but I do not have the tools anymore to fix them. I'm sorry about that. I hope you can find a way around it :s

Hey guys just checking in here...I have no idea of how active the general TI83/84 community is at the moment but isn't the cause of inactivity of this forum a decline in interest in these types of calculators? Ofcourse promotion of this forum on other websites is a really good thing so if you have t...
