[TI ASM] Compiling error in ASM in 28 Days

Yeah when i use command prompt to assemble the file hello.z80 it gives me an error that says "source file open error on ti-83plus.inc" i have checked and double checked to make sure i spelled everything right and i have checked to make sure i just havent made any dumb mistakes. If anyone has had this problem or knows whats wrong can you plz. help me?

So we can help you with your problem, you should post code( the header in this case.)
I think it may be because your using "ti-83plus.inc" instead of "ti83plus.inc".
OR make sure that ti-83plus.inc is in the same directory as you source file.
