Okay, for the second boss I need something that hangs from the celing... hmm... maybe I'll make a custom boss... (ooh! maybe I could make it make lava rise?)

Update (wow a lot of these lately)

So far in the beta you can get/have the following

Gun, Morph Ball, and you get to kill Kraid

(yep, he's in... but he only has one attack right now (fire breath))
I have 15 mapparts done, and all 36 on paper, the coding for MotherBrain is done (that is gonna be one heluva battle) and a few more custom tiles... ooh, and the Kraid battle took me 13 tries to beat <_<

the only boss I can think of that hangs from the ceiling is the Ceiling Wurm from Metroid Zero Mission for GBA. It's this giant wurm that tunnels through the floor so that it traps you in the screen. Then a giant eye pops out. The only way to kill it is to shoot missiles into its eye. But it closes it a lot, especially when it's trying to attack you. It just comes down on you. While it's up in the ceiling, the part of the wurm that traps you in the screen shoots out spikes that hurt. If you shoot them, you can get more health and missiles.

I duno, just what came into my mind first.

okay I have the 2nd boss, funfun... hopefully I can get it up before the end of today!!! (it's only gonna have Kraid though

does that usually work? I was looking for a way to make mine work better.

In metroid zero mission there is a spider(called Arachnoid) that crawls around on the wall above the player. Also, Nightmare flies, as well as ridley.
