Well i guess there is no point owning an 84+ if you already have an SE ... and now i realise why DarkAuron hates them so much as i can totally see n00bs totting about their new 84+SE's to everyone. Man that really would be annoying.
And mnc2fan ... 6+6+3 = 15 .......

the SE have 24300 and the 84 have 24100 I think...

edit: to be exact...my free RAM is 24389...what now!?
Some people reported that they werent able to run ROL3 on their 84+. They claimed they resetted all memory, deleted list 1 through 6, but they said they had like 22KB of RAM before installing the game. Maybe this was just with older OSes

No, they probably just reset there ram and not their memory. In order to keep compatiblity everthing needs to be pretty much the same.
If you load like a 1000 programs on an SE it will consume most of ther ram even if they are all archived. 11k ram just for the vat.

There is another one, and it's called the TI-85, the mother of all z80 calcs, sincer it was the very first one to have a link port. The TI-81 is the grandmother of all z80 calcs

I am well aware of the 85's and 86's ... but they are teh sux0rz because the OS is silly.
What i mean is if the give the 83/4 series a mem-mapped display ... then it will be the mother of all calcs

It was already posted on page 2.
Gotta read the topics past the first page...
I'd rather see an 86 with archive memory. A bigger, mem mapped screen, lot's of RAM, and archive.
