I guess he took a quite long hiatus because when I added his website in my link section it hasnt been updated for one year, now he posted a new update... and I think he's the one who made the on calc asm compiler in BASIC
it's called mon83 I think. I didnt used it very much because it didnt supported everything though and it's very slow when scrolling and there is a few bugs
yep I made mon83, most bugs have been fixed in the latest version which I haven't released yet. It's quite slow so I barely use it my self
I will post more info/screenshots as soon as the game engine is completed (next month or so). I just finished the event part of the engine so there is only AI left to do (and some minor fixes).
The compiler scroll slowly because it's written in BASIC. You make a prgm, then compile it in hex code, which is stored into a string, then you copy the strings in a prgm with the Asmprgm command above then do AsmComp(prgmA,prgmB then you have a squished asm program.
Chasm is not dead, IT'S ALIVE!!! MWUHAHAHAHA! LOL Anyway, i've talked to Keith Pierce and he told me he hasn't released Chasm 2 yet because he has no access to a comp (he can go on AIM with his Ogo, whatever that is) and he'll send me Chasm 2 as soon as he can and he'll release it as soon as he can too
