I never found desolate to run slowly...

well, not too slow, but you notice how sometimes you have to hold a button down for it to recognize the button and how sometimes it thinks you pressed a button twice when you really only pressed it once.

Well there are few factors which made Desolate not as fast as it could be. The firs is that the GPP takes a fair chunk of CPU time ... and the toher is bad programming ...
