that's exactly what I'm doing this summer. I'm going to learn asm and (hopefully) make a nice n game for calc. Since this was always planned as a group project, if anyone wants to get started with some of the basics of this(like 8x8 sprites, tiles, etc) or maybe even see if there's an existing smooth scrolling engine that could be used, that would be great. There's a topic in the program ideas section if you want to post on this.
