it's inbetween, yes my screenname is from homestarrunner, always liked the cheat, but anyways, pixil artists are usually the ones that are too lazy to code... that's why I haven't made any games. suprisingly b&w is easier than color, because then you have to make the red mix into the blue, shadow is important... ect... Greyscale is a bit easier to put more detail, though it takes longer.
The plasma rifle is the hardest to fit in that small square, but too small to wisly use a 8x16. That elite is really hard to do, heh his head has so much detail that defines him from the...er...other one...(starts with an A)
ok I had a bit of trouble on these, but I think I did OK on them, suggestions are good...
and it seems I accedentally deleted the human tank....
PS: I made that avatar myself, yes all 100+ slides of it.
