it looks awesome. in my opinion i like it in black&white cuz it has better contrast this way and it keeps your mind on the story and less on the graphics, so you don't get so confused. plus if it was grayscale it would be slow... so that would suck. plus when in motion it has a grayscale look.
i suggest not bothering about it and just waiting until he gets finished cause knowing how far hes gotten into the game wont make the game get finished faster. its actually pretty frusttrating having people ask you how far youve gotten with something. i hope that didnt offend you, i was just trying to open your eyes.
Haha, but the beta version's pointless! You're not missing out too much. Who would want a version where the boss makes a run for it before you can fight him? Although, it's quite correct now and a bit more difficult.
Finally working on the UI now -- the items menu is pretty slick, it scrolls up with everything drawn without using another gbuf. Main menus, however, in my games are always an afterthought. It's really just about the gameplay .
threefingeredguy why don't you just chase after the boss? bosses r usually big and fat so it wont be that hard for link to catch up to. ok ok try this!!!! next time the boss runs away, shoot an arrow at his butt! hehe..
I didnt expect him to run away, but then i got locked in the room and had to start all over from the beginning. Believe me, the beta is not perfect, just really awesome.
