LOL Nice, man! Which SMB is that? I've never had a (S)NES :( I had Mario Land 1 on GB and thats all... Anyway, Duck, why wont you be able to do that in Mario?

Wow! This game looks awesome. :shock: I think I am going to be looking forward to it more than metroid prime. I already play Bill nagels super mario on my calc constantly. When are you planning on releasing a demo or something? Is this going to be playable on a regular TI-83? If not, im going to cry. :wink: Man, it even has physics...

Welcome to the board, DJ! Yes, right now it is playable on the ti83 and ti83+(SE), and probably also on the ti84+(SE).

And thats the move we both had in mind tr1p1ea. Awesome screenshot! :) It is isnt implemented yet, but it will undoubtly, because it seems to be a logical way to prevent Mario gets stuck somewhere.

Right now I'm working on getting sloped surfaces to work. I'm trying to get it the way it looks in SMB3: when on a sloped surface, Mario doesnt balance on its sides (/extremeties of his feet) but on the middle. So this is different from the way Sam's Mario and some other ti83 platformers handle it, but it should look cool.

Nope, not the slightest idea, but I'm not planning to make this another long-running project. Relatively, that is. So I hope to get a major release finished before the end of this year.

And now please continue putting posts in the apprioriate "Mario" forum.

Dude, it isn't illegal if you only keep the rom for 24hrs, and it's not like nintendo cares about that old stuff anyway.

The 24 hrs rule is made up by guys who hosted roms like that. It's just a fable... whenever you host anything protected by copyrights, you are doing illegal actions :) ... downloading a illegal thing isn't really illegal, but at the moment you 'share' it, you become illegal as well...

oh yeah... linking to sites which have illegal content is aswell illegal.

I would close the thread, but it belongs to duck, so he may do that or not.
