So now we have to solve captcha's here? And how come it tells me I tried and failed to log in too often, how is zero times too often?

Try clearing your cookies. phpBB has done this to me in the past as well. (I'm not sure why, sorry).

On the plus side, I added a Stop Forum Spam test to the registration page and turned the CAPTCHA settings down as they were nearly impossible to be solved by humans but very easy for machines so you should at least have been able to solve the CAPTCHA...

Edit: For what it's worth, I have just updated phpBB to 3.0.9 (from 3.0.8).
