I know that you probably already know, but Kittie did release a new album....It was really nice, but some songs sound the same and it does not seem to have a heavier sound than previous albums >.>..

Yeah it's soo artsy imho, I don't like the effects added with all the studio mixing etc. They sounded fine, now they sound like they needed fancy electronics to compensate for all kinds of things - even if that wasn't the case. Too much high pitched electronically altered singing and stuff.

Their oldest stuff rocks because it sounded like Kittie and not some computer their microphones where hooked up to. I'll see them live some time.

Recently I've gotten into some of Muse's music

They are somewhat of a punk rock genre but have a strong classical understanding of music making a really good combination.

They are musicians not artists, so some of their music videos are a little weird. I'd just minimize the window for the first time, if your more interested watch the video (otherwise it might ruin it for you). Some are much better than others.

NewBorn

Apocalypse Please

Knights of Cyndonia

Time is Running out

Sing for Absolution

SuperMassive Black Hole

Sunburn

Could you post some music from that band, as it really helps us to know what their like if we're unfamiliar with the them.

Hm, punk rock? Sounds more like a mix of metal/progressive/electronic/classical to me. :)

/would sorely like to see them live :(

Muse is good for listening to during car rides.

Post some Kittie? Just check out youtube and look for Brackish, What I Always Wanted, or Pain. Those are the best songs. But stay away from the live recordings, they're recorded by the audience so it sucks.

I'm not sure you know what punk is.

@Paul: I am excited for the new SLM album, and they are touring with a stop in my town with Less than Jake and Big fish (real big fish?)..

That'd be Reel Big Fish (whom I'm seeing this Sunday).
