I think Brazil makes a good chance to win this championship, just like 4 years back. However, I'm 100% behind oranje! (Netherlands). Are you guys watching? Who do you think you win? What's your favourit team? Discuss!

Guess what? I'm watching quite a lot of the matches :P

Brazil is an all-time favorite, they're simply fun to watch. I do hope Sweden will get somewhere of course, but... Bah :)

Yeah, but they (Brazil) really played bad against Crotia. Imho they didn't deserve to win that match. This evening Germany will play. My guess is that they will get a hard time against Poland. If they lose, they are out, cause there is no way they'll win against Ecaudor.

Australia beat Japan, our first win ever! Actually its only the 2nd time we have ever qualified. And last time (in 1974) we never even scored a goal :).

Im glad Brazil won ... we wont have much chance against them but if we can beat Croatia then we will progress.

You Dutch peeps should be on our side a little ... Go Guus!!! :D.

Hmm.. Germany must win against Poland. It wouldn't be fun watching the final without participating.
Seriously, I think Germany won't come so far.. but I liked how the "Mannschaft" played. Let's see what happens today.
Croatia also made a very good game against Brazil but they were just unlucky. Brazil is too mainstream, I hope they will not get to the final.
Australia will end at the fourth place I think.

But I'm save. Germany against Holland can only happen in the final and then I will be back in Germany :P.

For all dutchies here:
I'm a Oranje supporter, too. My host family bought me a Leeuwenhose and a Helmpje and my father sent me a KNVB t-shirt :).

Nah, Germany can also happen in the 1/4 finals :)

Either if Germany is 1st of their group and Netherland 2nd or Germany 2nd and Netherland 1st (both must win the 1/8 finals of course)

btw; Spain just won with a ass-wooping 4-0 against Ukraine :P

Ah, ok. I didn't know that.
I didn't interest myself in soccer before, but living in Holland changed that :D .

I'm not a real soccer fan myself, but the Championship is always great ... it's just different than regular soccer :D
