Last year someone in my school made a virus that spread through all the school's computers, and although he didn't know it, to all of the computers in the 14 schools in our district. It copied itself to the person's network storage, and the computer's hard drive, and added itself to the startup for the user and the computer. Even Alex got scared and tried to write an antivirus, but it didn't work. The computer techies didn't realize what it was because it had the same name as a spyware program(winstart.exe). They deleted it off the user accounts a few times, including the day before it was set to activate. Each time someone put a copy of it back on their account, and logged on a few computers. The day it was set to go off, it seemed everyone in the school knew about it, except the teachers.

I was suspected, because the person who did it tried to implicate me. Fortunately I was cleared. They found plenty of proof that he did it all, from writing it to releasing it. It was an interesting time period in school.
