Halifax: Its not a shader I am using directX 7.. :) I made a simple plane with a bumpmap/cubemap on it. Then I move the bumpmap to make the waves. Really simple nothing to super about it.

Super Speler: The bright lines underneath the water is the grid.

Thanks I've made it so you can change the bump X,Y texture scale as long with the bump height. You can change the water color as well and set it up the scale so that it can be as long as you want I did a test 100000,100000 of my world units thats incredibly large like super gigantically large. Still...

Just some screenshots.. Yeah I can increase the roughness in photoshop I think. I'll just have to overlay the bumpmap image with a filter...

Thanks! :D I cant make a video in FRAPS sorry! My CPU cant handle running the game and FRAPS... It kills my CPU. :P But if your computer is like state of the art your willing to try if you want to be a official tester... I have a 2.6 GHZ processor. Yes it is a texture in the game but its rendered in a different program! I use crazy bump to make all my bump maps. Then I use that to but them in my game the final texture might not look like this I havnt put it in my game yet although I am working on it. ;)
